Ciwara is more than a restaurant. It is a social project born out of the belief that food and culture can be tools for inclusion, growth and transformation. Every day we work to create a place where differences meet, stories intertwine and opportunities take shape.
We believe that work is one of the keys to building dignity and hope. Our team is composed of people who, although they have no experience in the restaurant industry, have found here a chance to get involved and discover their potential.
